Returns Policy

Returns / Exchanges: You may return full priced items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit (3 Month) 

Returned items MUST be in new / unworn condition with swing tags and hygiene patch still in place.

Returned items Shipping is at the customers cost.  The Customer will need to include a self addressed TRACKABLE satchel for the exchange to be returned to them.

No returns or exchanges on SALE items.

Refunds are only issued if the item / s are faulty or not meeting standards in accordance with Australian Consumer Regulations.


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Within Australia only. 
All orders are shipped with Australia Post, in trackable satchels.

 

Please allow up to two working days for orders to be packed and posted.

 

As orders are posted you will receive an email notification with tracking information, so you can track your consignment.

 

Bather Bar cannot guarantee delivery times.

 

If an order is not received within 10 working days from you shipping notification, and your consignment is showing Delivered in the Australia Posts website, please email thebatherbar@gmail.com with your details and we will try to locate the consignment.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost / damaged consignments after they have been posted, however we will endeavour to rectify to the best of our ability on a case by case situation.  Please Contact Us  if this applies to you.
